This Mr & Mrs Weiss were aged 40 and 31 in 1851, which is the wrong age for Babette Wiss. Mr Weiss was an engraver. Both were born in Germany, where Weiss would be the usual spelling. No suitable Barbara White in in 1841 or 1851. No suitable people called Wiss, Wyss or Weisz in 1841 or 1851 census.
