You said you don't have world access so I looked at voters lists for you, they are a bit hit and miss, even though they were at the same address from 1949 to 1972 some years there is just nothing coming up in the search. These are the ones I found: 1949 Lenton Frank, builder Lenton Mrs Frank, M.W. [married woman] 1958 & 1962 Lenton Frank V, contractor Lenton Mrs Nellie B Lenton Miss Margaret, buyer 1963 Lenton Frank, builder Lenton Mrs Nellie Lenton Miss Margaret, purchaser 1968 Lenton Mrs Nellie Lenton Miss Margaret, purchaser 1972 Lenton Nellie Lenton Margaret, purchaser all at 48 Patricia Ave, North York, Ontario I'd guess (though its not writ in stone) that Frank died sometime between 1963 and 1968 and it looks like Nellie was still around in 1972.
