The second entry has the same information and it still has both the birth dates, the NXO has gone and it just says on the right "copied from correct sequence". I shall probably have to buy the birth certificate if I want to take it further. Any suggestions as to the meaning of NXO and the reason for the duplication would still be welcome. David
