The terms have stated this since at least 10 April 2014 according to the Internet Archive. Cheers Guy I agree that this makes it less likely but Trading Standards have been known recently to clamp down on those that cite the small print. They might just argue that as FMP knew that they were about to launch something for which they would charge, they should have said so.
