Picking one at random from my Census records, I searched for Louisa Copx, born 1856 +/-2 yrs in Hampshire. Started out with over 18,000 results but by selecting FreeBMD England & Wales Birth Index then moving the sliders to Louisa - Exact & Similar and Hampshire - Exact I reduced the results to 7. Can't say I like Ancestry, but it is workable with a bit of effort. -- Jenny M Benson
