Hi yes, this used to be a busy group; I'm sure there are many reasons but perhaps with the advent of ancestry.com we need less help from the List. I know it is helping me heaps. I used to fret about joining because of the cost and giving out my credit card # online (which was the first time I'd done it a few years ago) but now I couldnt live without it. I find so much info and connect to so many relatives of people I'm researching that its marvellous. I must admit that sometimes its easier to go via the LDS site for o/s bdms, even though their records are connected to ancestry.com, somehow the former is better.
