Hello Group   The Australian electoral Commission's changes to our (the public's) usage of the Electoral Rolls has been mentioned on this group.   For any who missed it, the changes mean we are no longer able to check the electoral rolls for relatives who have moved, or need to be found for reunions, or given access to the family history.   This access has been invaluable to me for tracing lateral lines.   Used properly, I have never invaded anyone's privacy.   With the recent change in Federal Government, I intend to write to, and lobby, the new Minister responsible for the AEC.   I anyone else feels as strongly as I do on this issue, please also write to:   Special Minister of State Senator Michael Ronaldson (Electoral Office) Level 17, 90 Collins Street, Melbourne Ph 9650 0255   Cheers Danni
