I got an immediate reply, he was buried as Frederick J Searby. So many mistakes on certificates, on the passenger list he was Francis then on his Death certificate he was Francis Joseph but definitely him. I am so pleased to find him buried with his parents and a cousin who died as a babe. A good result, thanks Trudy and Doug.
