Well I couldn't find anything useful - putting a name in quotes or not didn't make any difference - results still only came back mainly on the given name only. Even searching on people I know were in the US didn't bring up any results. Seems very US-focused, so I don't think in general particularly useful for those looking for ancestors outside the USA..
