    3. Hi Pat. I just had a quick search through Ancestry's catalogue and the only directory series I could see was the Sands Directories for Sydney and NSW (1858-1933). As Tom said, the SLV would have them. I remember visiting the PRO at Laverton years ago and they had a great collection of them there. Presumably now available in the North Melbourne archives centre. Fwiw, I have the 1951 and 1967 Sands & McDougalls for Victoria. This doesn't help you with your specific request but the following two directories are available online via the NAA site: The Ballarat Suburban and District Directory for 1906-1907 http://recordsearch.naa.gov.au/scripts/Imagine.asp?B=3388892 Sands and McDougall's Bendigo and District Directory for 1896-1897 http://recordsearch.naa.gov.au/scripts/Imagine.asp?B=663757 I wish they would put them ALL online. regards, Martin Elliget On Wednesday, January 22, 2014 4:03:10 PM UTC+11, Pat Wade wrote: > Hi all, > > > > I don't have Ancestry or Find my past at home but > > can access it at our local library but before I > > attempt to race the kids to the computers tomorrow > > morning (I will be glad when the all go back to > > school next week or so :-)) > > > > I am wondering if someone can confirm where > > either of these have Melbourne Directories 1915 - > > 1926. > > > > Thank you > > Pat
