That is further out. During the 1960's, I lived for 2 years on the corner of Balwyn Road, within walking distance of Canterbury Station. The Rates Office or a local genie society with access to the rates records, may be able to help. There are 3 family trees on Ancestry.com. One is "private;" the other 2 have identical photos, but not one of Canterbury Road. Doug.
