I was told by Ancestry that one of the differences in FTM2010 is the ability to do a gedcom and the notes can be privatized, however I am sticking with 2006. FTM has always had the ability to create a gedcom file, ever since I started using it Version 2, as for privatization, it has always had that ability for as long as I can remember.
