Dear listers I am assisting a friend with some research. She is looking for information on William Akers MILLER (B abt 1819) AND Anna Maria BAKER (B abt 1822). Children John Nurse MILLER (b abt 1853) and Sarah MILLER (b abt 1852). The family came from Swanport and had family (NURSE) in Weybourn, near Holt, County Norfolk, England. William Akers MILLER is believed to have been a sea captain who arrived in Australia in the 1850's. My friend is wondering about the circumstances of his arrival - whether as a sea captain or immigrant. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated. Ann
