Hi Listers, I think the Samuel Nadin who arrived on the Champion in 1866 with his brother, is the Samuel Nadin who died in the Melbourne Goal in 1888. the ages are almost the same, going by the ship Samuel was 23 in 1866 = b. circa 1842/43 and the Sameul who died in Gaol was 47 in 1888 = born 1841. Has any Lister an idea of how I could contact the Prisons Department in Melbourne. Or how I could find out about the death of Samuel? Cheers Joanne >
