HI Carolyn I would suggest you contact Fremantle Cemetery Direct for this information http://www.mcb.wa.gov.au/NameSearch/search.php It Appears that your fellow was exhumed from his original grave and placed elsewhere. also buried at Freo on the quick search i did is Allen Broker (died age 80) b. abt 1871 d. 1951. Is this his father??? Walter Raymond d. 1974 is also there The grave grants appears to expire in 2012, so i am guessing someone may  be tending the grave sites... The cemetery may not be able to give out much detail, but you could ask them to contact the current leasee... alternatively a trawl through the West Australian newspaper around the time they were buried may produce some living names for you to contact. Another alternative is.. you may be able to get a death certifcate for the ones in the 1970's or earlier.. that may or may not have other family details. this ones also yours..
