Good grief . > Marie in Queensland . Looking for Daly,McGrath and Leighton Sometimes people can be precious - no idea why. We all have different education levels and skills, some of us have been doing family history for years and know what terminology to use when we ask a question. It took me years to be brave enough to ask a question on a forum or newsgroup, I just used to read everyone else's answer. I use the anonymous newsgroup and although I sign it with my given name, I will not be passing on any more information than that. Just answer the question if you can, if you can't just be quiet and don't judge how other people answer questions. I have received a phone call from one person who went through the phone book ringing people until she found me just from my given name and an answer to a question that I gave, so do be careful how much information you put out there.
