    3. Good for you, Keith. I regard the use of fake email addresses as quite inappropriate on a genealogy mailing list, even when it is also gatewayed to a newsgroup. Fake email addresses imply that we are giving in to spammers and pseudonyms (with no name or location) imply that the sender is not really serious or has something to hide. I don't like spam, but it is no big deal to hit the delete key, at least until better ways of preventing spam are found (And I'm sure that will eventually happen).
