    3. Hello Jewelly. Yes, I go to the library once a month where I do look ups in the NSW papers on film. I agree we have a lot of valuable information. Much of my genealogy research was done there when I first started. The Ryersons index is a great source which helps me find the actual dates of the dead so I can hopefully find Relatives and add to my tree when look up funeral or death notices. I have found that the index is being Updated all the time and I will look now regardless. I now know that there are notices that have not been Recorded in the index but are listed in the paper. Many thanks Hayley -------Original Message------- From: Jewelly Date: 17/11/2009 7:55:44 AM To: genanz@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: The Ryerson Index - other West Aust. resources to try Hi Hayley The Battye Library in the State Library of WA Building holds west australian resources.. They have much valuable information. and a visit to thier premises in the city holds lots more than can be accessed online at this point in time. www.slwa.wa.gov.au/ - Liswa link alternatively another resource for WA is the Dead Persons Society, they may also be able to help with your research. http://members.iinet.net.au/~perthdps/default.html cheers Jewelly West Oz Shift your problems to challenges.
