STEPHEN'S (CATHOLIC) SCHOOL.--The distribution of premiums to the children attending this school took place at St. Stephen's Church on the afternoon of Tuesday last, in the presence of a large assemblage of the parents and friends of the pupils. . . . Before making the distribution, the Very Rev. Dean Rigney delivered a short address to the children, cautioning them against two sins likely to be engendered by scholastic contests for superiority, namely, ambition and envy.
