Hi all, Ann Elizabeth TURNER married William John AITCHISON in Victoria in 1920. In 1924 the family were living in Benalla, Victoria. William was a police constable and may have resigned in 1924. I suspect the family stayed in Benalla for a short while after 1924 but by the 1940s were living in melbourne - quite possibly one of the northern suburbs? I was rather hoping SKS would find the couple's address in Benalla and the nothern suburbs from the electoral rolls. I believe the couple were registered to vote.
