Margo, I have never used them. But the scam angle is not quiet correct. You google with quotes "One Great Family" +scam and you only get 1580 hits. Of these most are articles with the word scam in it some where, not necessarily about One Great Family. A google of "one great family" +reviews has 14000 hits.
