Hi Vicki Several months ago I received emails on one of the Irish mailing lists which came across as Irish genealogy info but which when I opened one of the links it was mainly in Russian with warnings that its links to porn were not for the faint hearted. A big shock and very unpleasant! I blocked the addresses and contacted the mailing list admin team. I also niaively photcopied the Russian page and took it to my local Police Station, thinking they might be able to follow it up. ( Internationl cooperation and all) I was told in no uncertain terms that they couldn't do anything and was thoroughly grilled as to what was i doing going onto such a site in the first place! Not a pleasant experience. The good news is that since blocking the address of the emails i have not received any more.
