The above three RAAF crew were attached to 98 Squadron during the Second World War and died during the Battle of Arnhem on 25 Sept 1944. The Dutch residents of Arnhem are seeking to contact descendants of these three men, as a number of Dutchmen witnessed the dogifights that saw their aircraft being destroyed and would like to recognize their contribution in the liberation of Holland.
