I have not tried it with Vista as I > only have Vista on my laptop. \ There are three steps. First, create a folder structure like this: D:\Data\AVR ( where D is a Hard Drive )This is done for neatness. Now, copy the NFO file from each disk ( ADR_AD, ADR_EK, ADR_LQ and ADR_RZ to the AVR folder Next, open the file AVR.INI ( the configuration file ) which is located in the folder with the AVRI program. The program should be located in a folder like this on a standard install. C:\Program Files\LDS_CD\AVR1788 Change the last line to [CD Drive] Drive=D:\Data\ ( or what ever is applicable in your case ) Basically, the program is looking in a folder called DATA for the files - it does not care if it is a CD or a hard disk. My program is actually located at : C:\Program Files\Genealogy\AVRI\AVR1788 - the first line of the file AVR.INI has been changed to reflect this. Colin ( for Julie )
