Hi All, I am looking for some verification for my research regarding Richard Newham's grant of land in the early 1800's. After searching the early Prospect parish maps and finding the 50 acres I have copied this map and overlayed it on the 'Google' map for the same area using Corel paint shop pro. The 50 acres looks to be near Eastern Creek raceway but more specifically across the Western Motorway at Huntingwood (Healey Cct & Ford St) stretching across to the Great Western Hwy. If some kind person who knows the history could check my research I would be most grateful. I see a Newham St in Dean Park but was disappointed when that landmark was 11 k's away from the area I think belonged to Richard Newham.
