As I had previously installed AVRI on my XP PC, I firstly used the technique outlined by Julie/Paul. This works superbly if you are prepared to allocate 2GB of your HDD. I will be retaining this method. I also tried the technique of creating a DVD and installing from that under Windows 7. This also worked very well.. For my purposes I installed to a partition other than Drive 'C'. Searching the DVD is a bit slower than placing the AVR*.NFO files on your HDD but I was happy with the speed. The main drawback is having to load the DVD each time you want to search. Creating the DVD avoids having to swap CDs. Whether you want to search from the DVD or put the files on your HDD will depend on your preferences. Regards,
