I joined it years ago to collaborate with a family member. If I had a comma and she didn't, one of us had to be wrong, and no match was allowed. I ditched it. But being Microsoft, I don't believe that there would be any unauthorised charges. I have opted for Open Source, but I have full confidence in Microsoft's ethics. One can sell rubbish quite ethically. Doug, indexing for http://www.ryersonindex.org/ now 1 million entries for the Sydney Morning Herald alone!
I have never used this site, and know little about it. However, even a brief look at the site shows that its name is OneGreatFamily (all one word) -- much of the pointless discussion about Google searches would have been avoided had the correct name been used (although Tom Perrett certainly had the right idea). I've seen no evidence that OGF "is a Microsoft thing", Doug. Back in 2001, OGF entered into some sort of strategic agreement with Microsoft's Encarta, but I don't see that that made it a "Microsoft thing". And, in any case, Microsoft has discontinued Encarta development and all the Encarta web sites will have closed by the end of the year -- see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Encarta. I doubt there is a Microsoft connection, but if anyone can point to something solid saying there is, I'm very happy to learn.
