No doubt this will be updated periodically as other locations, dates and times become available. All it takes is an email to the address on the web site, stating which office you want to attend. I sent my email yesterday (Sunday) and had a reply with an appointment time at 10am this morning (Monday). This is what you need to be able to order "non-historic" registrations online.
