Hi, Would anyone on the list live at Sorrel Tasmania please? I have been told that there is a headstone at Sorrel Cemetery by the water of ANN HARRISON - Relict of Jacob Bellette 10/9/1842. Jacob Bellette was a First Fleeter and his wife was Ann Harpour, also a convict. They were sent to Norfolk Island then to Tasmania. Jacob died 2/12/1813 and his headstone is at St. David's Park, Hobart. I was not aware that Ann had remarried. Did she marry a Mr. Harrison or was the headstone incorrect as it clearly states relict of Jacob Bellette. I would love a digital photo of the headstone or if anyone on the list has any further information on Ann's death I would be most grateful. Regards, Mags. Townsville, Qld.
