I also endorse everyone's comments about the GRo -  an excellent service, the turn around is really something! They have another little option - parent checks that you can put in if you aren't sure you have the right person, but you know who their parents were.  If you tick this option, the GRO will check first and IF the certificate you are requesting isn't the right person, they will let you know and only charge you £5 for checking the parents, and  you won't collect unwanted certificates that don't belong to your family.   Cheers Angie On Sun 10/01/10 05:02 , "billannieliam" billannieliam@ozemail.com.au sent: Happy New Year Genanz I seem to remember quite a while ago an organization where a UK marriage certificate could be ordered and paid for in Australian dollars??
