In the mean time you can get a certificate from England and Wales for anyone for any date which only goes to show how artificial and meaningless Australian restrictions are. Further given the current exchange rate they're cheaper than anything you can get in Australia. At least it's refreshing to see one Australian State has a more Western view on the matter, with on-line birth indexes to 1932. -- Bob
