Hi, It looks likely that Frederick died at a young age - the Victorian births deaths marriages index contain this record: The death, in 1894 (probably early in the year?) of Frederick Lockland, aged 7 months, father George, mother Mary Rigby, at Hotham East, registration number: 2186.
