Hi all. A bit of a long shot here. I have a great uncle Henry Benson, who was born illegitimate in 1894 in Carlton Victoria, and as a 10 year old went to live in Kotupna, near Nathalia, at the home of Mr. McCarron. He later died at Gallipoli. I have searched Trove for any clues, but can find nothing on his early life.
