Death records usually cut out about 1950, and are available only to the family. Frederick may very well be one of those. I note that Angie couldn't find him. She would have checked the Ryerson Index (I did too) but its Victorian entries started later than NSW. He is in about half a dozen family trees on Ancestry.com, but the most recent one (2011) gives no marriage and no death. I looked at Ancestry.com's electoral rolls, but he wasn't in the early pages.
