Pat, As far as I can remember when visiting Williamstown both as a child then teenager and adult, it was always called Nelson Place, BUT, having said that my brain is in senior mode more often than not. I also googled 13 Nelson St Williamstown and it shows Transfield Shipbuilding but google earth pinpoints it as Port Phillip Wool Processing and the address changes to 33 Tourist Drive. The Vic Lands Department (if they are still called that) may be able to help with old maps of the area or even the Council Archives.
