I am trying to help a friend find one of her ancestors and would appreciate some help. Emma Mary Evans (born about 1857 in St. Mary, Pembrokeshire, Wales) apparently came to Australia on the ship Ilala arriving in Melbourne in December 1886. It seems that she died there on11 February 1887. However, I can find nothing about her regarding a passenger list, her year living in Melbourne, or her death. I have found her in the 1861, 1871 & 1881 censuses of Wales, but nothing after that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Noreen
