    3. < =========================== < "BLESS ME FATHER" =========================== < VATICAN CITY (Rueters) -- The Catholic Church has finally entered into the Computer Age with a new "fast track" method of confessing your sins. < Beginning Feb. 14 -- coincidentally the Feast of St. Valentine -- sinners can cleanse their soul swiftly via Hotmail. < "We realized it will save time, money and trouble for folks who live a distance from church," said Father Guido Sarducci, a Brooklyn boy now a spokesman for the Vatican. < Sarducci said both mortal and venial sins can be removed in no time at all and indicated with a show of hands just how big the mortal sins can be. < http://www.fathersarducci.com/images/sarduccioval.gif < There is no limit to the sins you can confess and, even when you admit the worse ones, you'll never receive a reply, "HOLY SHIT!" < The Vatican's Confessional Reform Act has met with favorable reaction worldwide. < Ed Conrad, a hardcore sinner from Mahanoy City, Pa., praised the church for getting its head out of the sand and into the Computer Age. < Charles Manson, who lives in Corcoran, Calif, called it it the "best thing that could possibly happen, with the possible exception of finding a file in your gift Apple Pie." As of Feb. 14, confessions will be accepted via hotmail from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vatican time (except Sundays, its Day of Rest). < The hotmail address for Confession Express is [email protected] < In another breakthrough, the Vatican announced that, instead of the Age-Old practice of dealing out penances -- like, say, three Hail Marys and three Our Fathers -- sinners will be required to read the following blogs. < However, if yo were really bad -- you'd be required to read them two or three times -- up 'til 10 -- then pass a brief quiz about what you've learned. < http://www.edconrad.org < If you were really, REALLY bad, you may be required to read the following articles a few times as well. < Some who have had to do so have said it's a punishment worse than hell. < http://groups.google.com/group/alt.fan.ed-conrad/msg/522305f02e955b66 < http://www.edconrad.com < ================ <

I do not know where they came from or where they married except they probably lived in Huon,Tasmania where their daughter Dollie Elizabeth Caves was born in 1880.Dollie had a son Alfred Max who was born 1896,prior to her marrying Charles Sutton in 1911 in Orange NSW. I would like to try and find out more about this family especially Benjamin and Ellen. Hoping someone may be able to help. Regards Elaine

    3. What you can see of New Zealand on Ancestry is very limited, no doubt because of the NZ privacy laws, which seem much stricter than ours. As an example, I am an Amateur Radio operator. The Australian Government says I am listed in the Call Book unless I opt out. The New Zealand rule is that nobody is listed unless he/she consents. Ancestry aren't Wikileaks; they publish only what they are allowed to. I think that it is with Scottish censuses they have been refused permission to publish images, as they explain with every census look-up. Regards, Doug. 3. Dear Noreen, There is no way to circumvent NZ privacy laws regarding Births, Deaths or Marriages. The same is true for Australia. The NZ bdm office database at https://www.bdmonline.dia.govt.nz/ makes it quite clear: oBirths that occurred at least 100 years ago oStillbirths that occurred at least 50 years ago oMarriages and eventually civil unions that occurred at least 80 years ago oDeaths that occurred at least 50 years ago, or the deceased's date of birth was at least 80 years ago Don't be fooled by the US rules, they definitely don't apply to NZ. Neither Ancestry.com nor any other group can circumvent these NZ embargoes no matter how hard they try. You cannot steal someone's identity unlike the do in USA. 3. Happy New Year, I'm looking for any descendants or people with connections to the family of Joseph and Catherine BULMER who arrived in Australia in 1839 from England. With them were their children Francis, Mary and Elizabeth. After arrival, Sarah, Joseph and Catherine were born. They were bounty immigrants and lived for some years in Goulburn. Some of the children married and/or moved to Victoria. I have quite a bit I can share, but my interest now is on Catherine the mother, and possibly another child named Emily whose age fits that of Catherine in 1844. regards Denise

    3. All, My apologies to anyone who has tried to access my website "Free Ancestry 4U" this morning. I was editing the website while Google was doing a scan and my site was flagged for suspicious activity. This is not the first time they have done this to me. It happens a lot to people who use "Google SItes". Unfortunately it takes them up to five days to figure out nothing was wrong and bring up the website again. In the meantime, I have created a backup that is about 98% of the original website. The link to this temporary site is backupfa4u <https://sites.google.com/site/backupfa4u/>. As soon as the original website comes back, I will post a redirect message on the temporary website letting people know. Again, I most humbly apologize for any inconvenience I have caused. Alex
