On Feb 1, 1966, a male child was born in Daytona Beach, Florida - was eventually adopted in the state of Alabama - he requested a search be done for his birthmother in 1999, the Al DHR did so and found that she had died of lung cancer in 1985, but that he had a half-sister who had kept him while he was a child (prior to his adoption), and had looked for him and rerquested that Al DHR tell him her address, they refused. Not much mystery but since he cannot get any info from DHR, we are trying all avenues. Her name is possibly Barbara, and his birthname is possibly Ward. He now wants to find his sister and where his birth mom was buried. Any help would be appreciated. delilah
