Thought I would post my mystery to the list, in hopes someone might recognize any of the info here. I'm looking for my oldest brother who was born in Buffalo, NY on the above date. He was placed with his adoptive parents at around the age of 15 months old, somewhere in New York State. Prior to his placement with them he was with a foster family. His adoptive parents were described as in their early thirties at the time they "received" my brother. They are/were Protestant. They had no other children of their own either biological or adopted, at the time of my brother's adoption. The adoptive father was described as active in his community. He was employed in an "industry requiring electronic skills". My brother's adoptive mother was a homemaker. Both adoptive parents had high school educations, with no other further education listed. The adoptive father was English/German and the adoptive mother was Irish/German.
