Hi Linda I think there is something wrong with this picture. If you have a death certificate why does the VA seem to think he is still alive. Where is he buried if you have his death certificate. If it is not him who is buried there? Sorry, But I have dealt with VA and something here does not add up. Why did you not mention you had the death certificate in your orignal message and his place of burial? .Besides with proper ID you can receive any information that you are entitled to from the VA. I got my mother's brother's information w/o a question with all the proper ID and they withheld nothing. I have been a member of various VA organizations within the Nat. status and worked on the committee's where we search for this info and cannot understand your problem.You must know something else you are not telling us.
