If you have a death certificate it should say where he died. Or try the VA hospital. It does not cost anything. But a few stamps. Or a phone call. Just say you need the medical history informaiton and you can get it. And a next of kin signature on a release of information form. Did you check out the FBI site I sent. I have the address at home of where to write to. It takes quite awhile. I am still waiting on mine, but they have assigned me a case number. "Linda S.
