Ok , I have received an answer from the FBI , and my fathers medical records. All of which were a grand waste of time and effort. the medical records had the same birthdate. and the FBI had no file under that name. I wrote to all 262 Rogness's that were listed, no one from Minnesota or Wisconsin answered. Thoes from the other states that did answer , did not claim him. I am thinking of systamticaly , ordering a birth search in every state. I have already done any ideas.
