i too am having a problem with med records or any other records for that matter from the VA considering that they are a gov institiution you KNOW they protect their own. have you visited the va website or contacted a group @ delphi forums? there is much information available without you having to hit your head against a wall. the more you know what your rights are, the more you will find available to you. good luck the VA was set up for our vets but unfortunately it hinders their recovery and their families protocol in each different case. let me know privately if you find out some thing that is helpful to you sandra
