I think everyone should remember if you feel you are getting to many Posts then you can switch to Digest form. Just UnSub from List Mode and Sub to Digest Mode. Not everyone can be as Articulate in their postings as some would like but that Does Not make their posting any less Valuable and No one should be discouraged from Posting, Once or Several times to Get All the Information out that is Necessary. Private Flaming should be forwarded to the List Moderator to let them handle it appropriately.
