Still searching for any trace of William Osborn DAUGHERTY. William Osborne Daugherty b. 1873 Fannin Co., Texas Osborne was an albino. Sometime in the early 1900s he went "west". No one heard from him after that, but somehow, circa 1925 they knew he was dead. If anyone has any information, please contact me.
