My great-grandfather, Henry M. Dixon, walked away from a prison work camp in Utah (Draper) in March of 1919. He was not returned to this prison. The family story is he died in a federal penitentiary, but the federal prison system has no record of him. He would have been about 51 yoa at the time he disappeared. Any ideas?
