Since you all seem to have the power to break down walls and find the unfindable then perhaps you can help me with my mystery. I have been looking for a cousin that I have never seen. I do not even know if he knows that this side of the family exists. I have tried every seach engine, made too many calls to count and still have come up empty handed. I have posted to so many post lists that they cringe when they see my name. This is all that I have Walter Joseph Welch Born September 13, 1955 Registration # 25743 Father: Walter Welch Mother: Racheal Irene Hamilton This certificate came from : Office of the City Clerk Topeka, Kansas Walter Welch was my Mothers brother and was born in Johnson Co. KY in Paintsville or Whitehouse. He and Rachel divorced I believe. Am not sure. There is no one else from this family that is alive. All Uncles and Aunts(including my mother) are gone. Would really like to make contact with Walter if he is alive. Any other hints would be greatly appreciated. Mary
