If you think they may of been in a corrections facility, you can call any state Dept of Corrections and ask if they have a record of them and they will tell you - that is public info - also I would try the name without the "H" - also if you have the county where you think a criminal or civil case was held, that info is also public record, you can ask for a copy of the court record/s - if you have any DOB's, I will run them for you and see if I can get some names, also if you want to send me any of her info I will run her name and DOB thru my database.
