Hi Francesca, I read with fascination your posts about Alice Martin. I'm not a relation and I mean no disrespect but I do appreciate the glimpse into life in those times. What made her do this? I don't mean to be graphic (perhaps I've seen too many detective shows) but, was there no blood on her clothing? Do you have more information, the transcripts you mentioned?
