After my father left , a man came up to my grandfather and told him that he knew my father when he lived in California and had 4 kids. My uncle had gone with my father on several occasions in the moving truck. My father was always looking for places with Western Union. Most likely he was sending money to said children and ex-wife (if ex, not sure). Also everyone state they though he looked older than he claimed to be. But that could be from the Brain tumor he had. He named my brother Robert John Rogness. So I think the Social Security card info is correct. I can't prove it though.
